Sometimes, I really hate my neighbors. They are so loud at all hours. From my apartment, I am party to their loud get-togethers, their phone conversations, whatever TV they're watching, etc. The last thing I need to hear at 4am is techno and Beck's "Lost Cause" (on repeat...for an hour).
