Yeah, I know. I haven't posted in a while. The fury isn't gone, all right? Trust me. There have been plenty, and I mean PLENTY of things to irritate me. I'm in the workplace, aren't I? The workplace is strewn with things that annoy me. So why haven't I written? Well, I'll tell you! I'm tired! I'm burnt out! But does anyone care about that? No, they keep on demanding and demanding. You give and give, and people just take! Have they no mercy? No, they don't! They expect you to be "on" all the time! Don't they have other things to do? Sheesh! Everyone needs a little break sometimes, so just STEP OFF!
That feels better.
I know, it's been a while. It's not that I haven't had anything to rant about, because believe me, I do. I think it's more that I've been having memory problems and can't seem to remember what irritated me when I'm actually sitting in front of the computer.
Lately, a lot of people have been driving on the freeway slowly, which annoys me a great deal. Let me clarify. If there is a traffic jam, I harbor no ill will towards you for driving slowly. It's completely understandable. However, when it is 1AM in the morning and there is no one in front of you, there is no need to drive 45 on the freeway. No need whatsoever. Frankly, if you want to drive 45, you should really be driving surface streets and not the freeway. The freeway is for fast people. Surface streets for slow. This is basic stuff, people.
